AT&T has not issued an Android update for several years, and Android has moved forward.

My Keyone is not working well, everyday it seems, there is some problem. I have to continually reboot.

I am sure it is the old Android OS I am stuck with.

How do I update this phone to a more current workable version of Android.

I am so disappointed that there will be no more Blackberry's.

AT&T choice of Android Phones is horrific. I hate Samsung and Apple.

I just want to keep the Keyone as operationally effective as possible.

Nothing you can do. You're stuck on Oreo forever.

You can try a factory reset to clear out all of the cobwebs.

I assume you clear your app caches at least one a week?

What would be the best android phone that will allow all the Blackberry Apps, like HUB. I have seen of the forums where the BB apps are not available on some android versions.

Load up SD Maid or better yet SD Maid Pro and let it clean up and out things.

I have the Pro paid version and it scans my Black Edition KeyOne weekly. I have had nary an issue with that device. I also use it on my Galaxy phone and Fire tablets.

Cool application that works well and is continuously updated.

The BlackBerry App Suite is very old, and is no longer considered secure.

Many of the apps go officially EOL this August.

You should take the opportunity to move on to modern, secure solutions.

Since the OP is on AT&T, I’d suspect the issue to be more related to either 3G shutdown if not using the AT&T KEYone supported version or if using that version, the device is struggling with 3/32 limitations.

I installed SD Maid Pro Version and it seems it made a big difference in performance.

    Thanks for the suggestion.
