Symbols Palette not closing after AAM481 update

The symbols palette is not closing anymore like it used to since I updated to AAM481 yesterday. Any ideas?

I've found a workaround: don't release your finger from the sym key and choose the symbol with the other, after that release the sym key and the panel will hide automatically.
