On average my memory used was anywhere from 2.2-2.4 GB. I run my familys business where I do a lot of craigslist and facebook ads and something as simple as having both ads side by side and maybe another app (3 apps total) would cause either craigslist or fb to reload.
I disabled hub and hub+ services and replaced the apps. I use inbox for email, google calendar, google contacts, google keep.
My memory usage now is anywhere from 1.7-2.0 gb max. That is a huge change! My fb and craigslist have not been restarting and I have been able to get better battery life etc. And yes these numbers are with me still using "heavy apps". I use the real fb app and real messenger app and whataap and instagram etc.
I was only using the hub for email so no productivity lost and all the google replacements for notes, calendar, contacts, and email are just as good if not better.
