    I see that when I'm writing I can swipe up on the keyboard and it will choose one of the three predicted words: the one on the right.
    How can I change the behavior and make it choose the word on the center which is usually the most accurate one?

    It should input the word above where you swipe up on the keyboard. If you swipe up on the left-hand side (say from X up to E,) the left predicted word will fill in.

    It's chooses where you swipe. So if you want the word in the centre, swipe up in the centre of the Keyboard and same goes for right or left.
