I was able to get a KeyONE on the Best Buy website this morning, am not sure I want to swap my Classic for it, love the keyboard. Have the Iphone 7 plus as well but love the keyboard so have always used the classic for hard core work email...anyone swap the Classic for KeyONE and any views on it? Thanks!

Most of us are probably on the Keyone from Classic. Android takes some getting used to and finding apps that replace what we're used to need to be found but overall nice.

I went from using the Classic to a KEYone (along with my 7Plus). They KEYone keyboard is like a perfect hybrid of the Passport and Classic keyboards, and typing took almost no getting used to. Aside from the trackpad (which I do still miss sometimes) and accepting that BlackBerry 10 is all but dead, the KEYone is a perfect and worthy upgrade to the Classic.

I sometimes with it had more of the Classic's styling, but I think of the KEYone as an upgraded Passport Silver Edition.

prefer keyone to classic. bigger screen. good camera. better wifi connections. if this phone would stop the SD unexpectedly removed error I would be happy. I think sound quality on phone calls is louder on classic though. maybe software update will fix this?...

I went to the Classic from the Bold and hated the Classic but it was higher specs so I used it and I wanted to avoid Android at all costs. But I realized I'd have to cave in and get the Android if I wanted the apps I need for my work and the Keyone had the keyboard. It's absolutely a wonderful phone. I STILL loathe Android, but the keyboard on the Keyone is gorgeous and I've managed to manipulate the phone enough to where I have the stuff I need and avoid the things I don't. I miss the trackpad and still think it was a big mistake not to have one - but that's just me. Overall, I'm delighted with the performance and feel of the Keyone. The battery life is AMAZING.

Upgraded from a Classic to Keyone.

Text editing is worse since K1 is all screen touchy feely. Yeah you can use the touch feature on the pkb but it is very poor imo. Pkb typing is a bit more difficult due to smaller key size. OS takes learning. Bluetooth and reception is worse. Backing up phone is difficult unless you bow down to the cloud.

But overall I get things done much faster on the K1 and that is my main reason to get the K1; in and out speed getting things done on the phone is night and day faster on the K1.

The phone waits for me instead of me waiting for my phone to do things.

The KeyONE is a nice upgrade from the Classic. I miss certain things about the Classic, but overall I prefer the KeyONE.

At the time PRIV came out the classic I wanted to give it a go so switched to the classic after using the PRIV for bout a month. For me it didn't work as I didn;t find it powerful enough compared to the PRIV. my 2 cents.
