    Hi!

I've had my KeyOne for over 2 years... I'm still on ABA075. There are no updates being pushed to my phone.

I'm with Telus. Can anyone help?

    Thanks!

if you got your phone from Telus then you're at the mercy of Telus and thier update schedule. If it's a Factory Unlocked device then search Crackberry forums for autoloaders. P.S. Use them at your own risk

Use the Mobile Upgrade Tool on your PC to force the current build. Your device will be wiped in the process.

Put your device in fastboot mode, plug it in, and run the tool.

the update to current is a one-way street, so be sure you want all the changes. I have suspended updates at present inasmuch as I am satisfied with the present functionality and I don't have security concerns since I don't put items at risk on the device.

There is, but since you are moving from such an old build, it would likely cause problems. I urgently recommend a clean install.

Edit: It appears you have a branded AT&T device, in which case you have no other alternative. Unless you can borrow someone's AT&T SIM card.

Many thanks. I'll give it a go later on today and report back.

*Edit: I bought my Keyone directly from Telus....

Well, no wonder you're not getting updates. You have an OS build that was exclusive to the AT&T variant.

What is your PRD? Type *#837837# into your phone dialer.

Wow. A Telus device with an AT&T OS build. Nasty.

The Mobile Upgrade Tool will fix you up.
