This issue isn't with BlackBerry, but it's a toss up between BlackBerry Mobile and PT BB Merah Putih.

This is not a BlackBerry issue. It is BB PT Merah Putih that manages this model and its updates. Contact them and ask.

BlackBerry only does what its 3 licencees pay them to do.

bb merah putih is no longer reachable. I don't think they are interested in blackberry anymore. no new phone nor updates. doubt there is still after sales service now. the new BBM failed miserably, even after above the line marketing. there is no turning back for BlackBerry in Indonesia.

Well, BlackBerry was already prepared to let Indonesia go until BB PT Merah Putih and Emtek came along. So they are no worse off.
