    I love my KEYone and love belonging to a passionate bunch of BB users, come September if things haven't improved I may find myself purchasing a Pixel (2018 model) I just like to think a 1 year old phone still has the support of the Manufacturer / Networks for at least 2 years

    Basically I need to see some form of improvement otherwise what's stopping the KEYtwo having the same issues

    Decided that UK owners of the KEYone will always be waiting for the security updates, so decided to use an autoloader for the first time, if there is a way that you don't lose all your apps and settings I would appreciate the info

    Now on 1 April 2018 Security Patch AAX862

    Would appear you can't use Google Pay if you do this, is there a work around ?

    Just use the nowipe batch file instead.

    How does one go about that? i followed another forum and followed the instructions, it wiped the phone and had to reinstall everything

    There are two batch files. One wipes and the other doesn't.

    No, just autoload the next official release for your device.

    ALL KEYᵒⁿᵉs can use the autoloader except AT&T, Sprint, and China.

    My guess is the WiFi issue took some time to resolve.
