Hello Team,

I want to do a a roll call for all Sprint users with the KeyOne. Let me know if you are with Sprint and everything is working fine with the KeyOne including being able to use mobile data without WiFi being connected. Some of us are having mobile data issues and not being able to use apps and the Internet without WiFi being connected (and not able to use MMS) so I just want to know who has no problems so us users who do have problems can possibly fix our situation by learning your settings and process because the idiots at Sprint have no clue. Thanks so much!

I have Sprint & aside from speaking to cust service to have them assist with the activation of my keyone, I haven't had any data issues so far. I'm in Queens NY, if that helps. The only issue I've had so far is sending gifs via mms & it saying "too big". That's about it.

Activated Sprint Keyone on Tuesday.
Cellular data only works on Twitter and sites previously visited.
No MMS.
Spent over 12 hours on support with Sprint/Blackberry.
Tried new SIM.
As of Saturday, still no data working off wifi.

So my buddy has Sprint and is dirt poor and I want to buy him a KEYone as a birthday present. Anyway to do this full retail online without buying a plan? He already has a contract and no phone. Stores don't have it yet...

I was switching from a 7plus. Put it in airplane mode,logged into my account, did the switch on my acct. followed the keyone prompts then it hung on registering to network for about 40mins. I then had to do a online chat with a rep, and they hand to do something on their end, then I had to restart the phone again. Once I did that, it registered properly (in less that 5mins) then I had service.

You also have even less APNs listed than I did. I had two labeled PAMN or something like that.

DELETE ALL THE APNs except the ones you see above. It is fixed now.

I just had my gf text me some pics from her phone (6s on tmobile) & they came thru. She said it kept on saying "fail to send", I did deregister from imessage when I switched. She tried again and they came thru.

THe Canadian equivelent to Sprint is Telus I think here in Canada. I've been hearing of all these network reception issues yet here in canada we have inter carrier roaming so if you are in an area with low signal you'll always get reception on another carriers network. WHY don't they have that for american carriers is beyond me!?!?!?!?

all working fine after 1 week on Sprint Keyone. I thought I read somewhere that you can't be on the phone and surf the we unless in Wifi.. if that is not the case how do I enable that feature?

No problems with data/internet without being connected to WiFi? Are u using CDMA only?

I came back to Sprint and I must say that it has way better service than T-mobile in the moutains of Ashville,NC!
