And most store people in sales honestly barely know the products they are flogging.
Today I had a Telus salesperson tell me the pixel 3a was ip67 water resistant, which it isn't
And just down the hall a Bell rep didn't even know the Pixel 3a existed... but they are sure excited to talk me about the new plans if I buy one

With the way BB is treating KeyOne updates...going with an Android One unit is more viable...better hardware at lower prices (if you don`t need the PKB), more options, and near guaranteed updates.

With KeyOne meant for the business / enterprise space, EOL / EOS should have been announced at least 3 months ahead of time.

Clock starts ticking at launch - colour variations (and even minor ram variations) don't count.
That's a load of crap if true. BBmo is not going to be at this long if they don't support devices. The Black Edition Blackberry KeyOne did not launch until March of '18 in NA. If your saying similar is true for the "Red Edition" as well us niche PKB consumers won't be fooled much longer. The one thing BlackBerry Mobile and Blackberry software should utilize to stand out is support and security updates.
    keefrto and Grungni like this.
