This app is by far the best one I've seen so far for providing shortcut keys. I love the fact that it doesn't interfere with keyboard functions at all. Good job!

Can you change the speed key to any key instead of convenience button?
That's not possible without requesting accessibility permissions, unfortunately. You should use button remapper to do this, I won't add this functionality since it would mean rewriting the whole app from scratch. Moreover there are already other apps (button remapper) doing this, so that's not necessary to have another one

Will investigate asap, but I think that's caused by missing permission (iirc that widget requires some strange bb permission like com.blackberry.launcher.LOCK_SCREEN, sort of). If that's the problem I can add this permission, not sure if this is 100% legit tho

How much faster is the speed key + keyboard shortcut over circle (home) then keyboard shortcut?
    Exactly what I thought.

I use nova launcher so that's useful to me, moreover I use shortcut like the torch, google assistant or something I've created to turn on/off my home lights without quitting other apps (while pressing the home button can sometime kill the current app if it requires a lot of memory)

Fixed, I was right with bb permission, update will be available in less than 24 hours

I'll get back to all after a few weeks of use. I am very pleased with the app, which is worth its money. I hardly use the Home button anymore. Fine job.

The app will be available in 2/3 days (currently it works only for opening apps and not shortcut, I want to add at least shortcuts before releasing, plus I need an icon and I'm totally noob with photoshop).
I was thinking about a 0.99 price tag with some free coupon code for the cb community or totally free, not sure what I'll do tbh.
    Thanks anyone for the interest
    Brother efforts appreciated

I am considering to buy a keyone and I would absolutely give your app a try. That sounds really cool and worth the money.

Installed it and tried it. Works very well! The use of the convenience key as a switcher key is good I'm my opinion as it reduces the risk of confusion while typing.

Just to add that this app adds 2 extra layers of short cuts, thus increasing the customization choices quite a lot. Good job!
