Yeah, I'm very excited for the KEYone launch. I might be one of the very few who purchase one but everyone else is just missing out. I haven't heard anything from Vodacom, Cell C or MTN about stock. Earliest would probably be around July maybe August. (± 3 Months) after US launch. If they even carry it. But lets stay positive and hope its soon.

Sounds like Vodacom are releasing the KeyOne in July.

Spoke with the team in Handset Procurement dept. last week - threatened them with ordering in from overseas, if I have to wait any more (still using BB Classic)...

So should have the pressers out soon...

Quite by chance I checked the WhatsApp FAQ page yesterday and saw they extended the cut-off date. Now I can relax and wait for bend-gate to pass before I finally commit to moving to the KEYone. Will also give me more time to see what the local carriers are going to do, although I suspect I'll import mine from the UK regardless, given that I don't do contracts any more.

"The wait is over! The Blackberry KEYone will be available from Cellucity stores from Friday 22 July. You will be contacted shortly."

The current Vodacom deal sheet, is also showing the contract deals for the KEYone.

Worth the wait - frikkin awesome phone!

I never had a cover for my classic or screen plastic stuff and dropped it my times.
It's got a metal frame and Gorilla glass.....

They did say they only had a few (of the phones).

I just found an article on line to download android what's app to my classic. I had to download some files and then I could install it. All works except I can't send a photo but can receive photos. My Priv died I dropped it in the loo! So on my Classic. Looking to get Keyone. Does anyone know if it has any wierd software issues!? My Priv was great but I can't help myself want a blackberry!
