    Friends,

I have been using my BB KEYOne for about 6 months now. All good, until I noticed that the sound output has decreased sharply in the last fortnight or so.... especially over Netflix. Both on the Speaker as well as the Earplugs.

My sound bar is slid on maximum.

    Can anyone please help?

    Thanks,

have you got it wet at any point? the usual advice is a 32sec reboot or factory reset I'm afraid.

    Greetings to Goa! great place.

    Hey, thanks!

No, I dont remember getting it wet. Does a 32 sec re-boot really solve this issue? I thought it had something to do with hardware.

Yeah, Goa is cool. Come down, maan.

    Greetings to Goa! great place.
How do I reboot the KEY One? Mine has Oreo 8.1.0

When I press the Power button, it gives me the Power Options immediately. If I ignore and continue to press the button, it keeps rebooting normally..... within, say, 4 seconds. The hard boot doesnt occur.

What do I do for the hard boot?

    Thanks!
