Anyone else find that some SMS messages disappear. Their preview will appear in the notification panel, and in the BlackBerry hub, but clicking on it nothing is there.

It's not every message, it's about 1 in 50 and sometimes they'll reappear if I reply to the sender, sometimes not.

I have mightytext and the messages do appear there. Messages are plain text.

Initial web search revealed nothing, anyone any tips if it's a BlackBerry issue or a wider Android or App clash issue?

yes! I have had this issue as well exactly as you describe - using SMS messages on my Sprint Keyone.anyone have solutions?

I use Yaata and haven't noticed this issue. I have heard Textra is all very reliable with the HUB.

thanks - will have to see if textra shows Contacts photos and integrates w the hub. anyone know how to view entire sms text message in hub and not just preview?

Switching to Textra solved the issue for me and it's a much better messaging app.

This same this is happening to me on my Tmobile Keyone. They haven't reappearded even when I reply. They show up in the hub but not in the text app.

I switched to Textra too. The stock app is junk in my opinion. Textra is so much better.

I haven't used Textra but Yaata is also very reliable and integrates well with the HUB.

I have the stock message app for my keyone- issue started again today after I updated the BB hub from Google playstore.
can this please get looked at and fixed. thanks
