you can't buy the keyone from amazon seller anymore either, only from tcl. Mines enroute from Florida right now. I ordered mine from amazon when it first popped up.

TCL selling this now on Amazon is a joke. They are simply stating that if you order one we'll eventually have it made and sent out to you because we weren't ready to have them available for launch. It's non Prime, standard shipping, which is essentially saying we are making them and you'll get one in June. Better than nothing, but it's just a preorder again and you'll get it in a few weeks.

That's how Apple works too... you get an estimated delivery if you didn't make it into the first batch. Actually, that's how all products sold work.

True, but Apple has more than just two ways to purchase a phone when it goes on sale and also makes sure everyone knows exactly when the phone will be available. Also slightly different here in that Apple sells millions of devices when they launch. Amazon maybe had a few hundred of these (if not less). TCL was not ready to release this phone and shipped out the paltry inventory they had on hand.

If that's true then I'm glad I was able to snag one straight from Amazon. Will be delivered on June 1st!

Lol they literally had like 100 of these for sale. I'd be pissed if I was one of the ones that didn't get one. BB could not have handled this launch any worse.

Just curious, how do you know?

Think it was rumoured on crackberry. Or maybe another forum. Then somebody who worked at selfridges checked their system and confirmed it. Could of been fake. But sounded pretty real. Sold out in a couple of hours, I checked maybe 90 minutes after they opened, ordered mine, sent a message to a mate. He responded minutes later saying it was sold out.

I am in NJ and and work in Manhattan. Not available on Amazon unless purchased via TCL in which the phone will be shipped by 6/8. Zero availability on Best Buy. This is not a a rollout. The Crackberry staff can spin this anyway they want but it is not a rollout. Bush leauge!

They will try. CB is promoting for BBMo. This is where the marketing is. I hope they are getting paid for it.
