According to this post, official name would be KEY2.

And a photo of the actual device!

That is fantastic, and it sounds like BlackBerry have learnt from their mistake with regards to RAM in the KEYone, by putting 6GB in the KEYtwo.

They must just up that screen to +5inch.

If they really go the giant phablet road, then I hope they release a more compact PKB phone as well. The KEYone would be in between the two

I am not suggesting they go into Phablet territory, but looking at the KEYone, there is a lot of space around it that can be used for a larger display.

They could make a K2 around the same size as the K1 but with a larger display if they can get the engineering rights which I am sure they can.

But more to your point, wouldnt it be great if they made a Phablet e.g. 6-6.4inch Display device with a Landscape slide out keyboard like the Xperia X1? And then put high end hardware in it,are it a flagship.

Since the overall device size is the same, they can probably only get to 4.6", or maybe 4.7" if they really push the bezels.

Is it goings to be a 18:9 display? If so they can get away with a bit more, albeit the device would be taller.

TENAA says it's 4.5" anyway. It should be the same screen as the KEYone, hopefully glued on this time.

That said, the provided device dimensions, and the reduced top piece don't seem to square with the 4.5". Something seems amiss.

Unless, there IS a dedicated strip for the nav keys like the Motion and they just become visible when the device is on as someone called out in another thread.

We need more actual device shots to tell.

Better be real! I’m dying to get a Keyone but not worth it at this point - too dated. Key2 would be perfect!

I wish they would just stop with these blocky top corners, they make the device look disproportionally top heavy

Look and are ...two different stories . Non of them have been top heavy . Both the key one and motion feel great in the hand

I was skeptical at first when I saw the KEYone top, but I really like the squared look now. It is distinctive and bold. I also hope the long life battery trend continues with the KEY2 and that it has an amazing battery. When I tell people about my KEYone, one of the things that interests them most if the battery life. Great selling point and even greater for the owner of the device.

My favorite is Samsung Galaxy 4G Relay
Look at the beauty, 5 rows (dedicated numeric row), arrow keys, tab key, I even used to have the volume up button mapped as Ctrl.
