I use the Gear S3 and it works fine. I can use Samsung Pay by swiping the watch and a few seconds later I get confirmation on my KeyOne. I also have them paired so that I don't have to always enter my password or picture password - using Smart Lock - Devices.

I use the Gear S3 and it works fine. I can use Samsung Pay by swiping the watch and a few seconds later I get confirmation on my KeyOne. I also have them paired so that I don't have to always enter my password or picture password - using Smart Lock - Devices.

The work around to use Samsung pay on a keyone (vs android pay - Samsung pay allows not just nfc terminal usage but regular "old credit card swipe terminals" usage, as well - is a game changer. Don't even need phone or wallet when out, can leave both at home. The pay feature finally got me to start using my smartwatch.

I have an Asus Zenwatch 2 paired to my KeyOne and works as it always had when I used it on my previous Android phones. I don't use the watch very often, though, as I forget to charge it.

Yup, not sure how they use the magnetic strip reader but they do and it is very nice. I also get my email alerts and can read portions of them. SHealth also reports to the KeyOne and it can even show a map on the watch.

I use a fitbit blaze and it works great. the notifications are a bit wonlky sometimes and I cannot connect to music sometimes thoug for me not really a big deal.

I also have a fitbit blaze. I don't have notifications on. Only use it to keep track of my workouts and daily activity which it is doing perfectly well. No issues with sync or battery usage.

Point for the gear s3. stunning watch. pairs almost great. can read and send back texts and can answer and talk through it for calls. sometimes won't work for calls (once a week) and will require a restart.

only thing that will absolutely not work is the email app in it.

I use an ASUS Zenwatch 2. Large screen, amazing battery life.It uses android wear and ALL accounts show up incl. All notifications!

What kind of watch do you have?

My Samsung Gear S3 shows incoming email, bbm and texts. It shows the general subject line and if I tap that message it will show more but not the entire email, bbm, etc. It indicates a new entry/entries with a yellow-orange dot at 9 o'clock
