Show Contacts w/Phone Numbers Only?

I'm used to more advanced android address books, I HARDLY ever communicate by email so how can I hide them?

The Phone app only shows contacts that have phone numbers when you search there.

I use True Phone which also has that option, the problem is having a phone book and a contacts book.
