My T, Y,U,I buttons stopped making the click sound when I use them. They feel less resistant when being clicked, it's like they lost their spring, it's hard to explain. I can feel the difference when I use the rest and these four buttons.

I got this phone as a replacement in September after my screen poped out since I was an early adopter in June.

Suggestions what can be wrong and how to fix it.

Sounds like a hardware issue. You might want to contact BB Mobile again unfortunately.
