I rarely use my front facing cam on my Ketone but recently realize it doesn't work when I press to go to it. My regular cam works just fine but not the selfie camera. Tried a restart, keep it updated. No luck. Any tips or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

-BBVE. Yes, loaded the APK and it sees that there is a front facing cam problem but doesn't solve it.
-Tried a few photo apps. All don't allow access
-Factory Reset? Am trying to avoid this last one due to all the time I spent customizing my BB but if this is the only way, i'll do it.

Hello i had the same problem and i checked it with the BBM Support and i got a new motherboard now my Keyone works like a new one.
