Noticed my left bottom corner was moving when i tapped the BACK button. Saw it's slightly lifting so I peeled with my fingernails slightly and the whole screen just came off. Luckily I was at home on my desk so I was able to be careful and not rip the ribbon.

I took the opportunity to take some careful pics of the glue.
    Shot with my PRIV.

    BOTTOM:
No glue is visible on the bottom edge. Some can be seen on the bottom right edge.
Screen Lifted. 6/22/2017. Pics of glue.-k1-bottom.jpg

    RIGHT:
Little bit on the bottom half. Very thin and not very sticky. just a dab on second top half though.

Screen Lifted. 6/22/2017. Pics of glue.-k1-right2.jpg

    TOP:
Very little on the top right side near the proximity sensor. None on the left half by the camera.

    LEFT:
NO GLUE AT ALL on the entire left side. Smooth edge.

Excellent pictures, but what total joke about the phone build, any phone by any maker should not have this kind of issue and not with the price tag this phone has.

Thats frustrating, waiting for a replacement is the next hurdle huh. Someone in a post said he/she has been waiting 11 days now for a reply on a replacement.

Is there any glue on the back of the screen where there isn't any on the frame? Perhaps it's not that the glue is missing in those places but that it's not adhered properly to one of the surfaces?

Yes that's correct, the mega thread if memory serves me right but I can't find it at the moment. Think someone was volunteered to count the numbers reported

Guess I prefer to see the humor and positive side of it. Blackberry has been about being a workhorse for me. This phone is it.

Screen lifts? Let's just fix it ourselves. Yes, we do pay money for this and expect more. But hey, if we use Blackberry, we are supposed to be ready to rumble and tumble with it. My personal opinion. Not gonna start a war of words here. I'm done. Over and out.

I've read that isn't a good idea as it can effect your screen and make it foggy.

Great idea! I hope CBK makes a video how to repair a screen lift properly. That Will be very helpful. By repairing it yourself, does that automatically avoid your warranty?

I do not believe there is a 6digit on the box as build date. More like set of 2 character s plus 17..

Unlike old BlackBerry devices, keyone doesn't seems to have build number anywhere.

Self repairs will void your warranty. Guys lol. Send it back, you should have screen lifts, this isn't a 100 device.

Trust me, that's not why I'm doing the repair.

I would hate to set up this phone again and would hate to wait another few months to get another one that I'm not even sure it's fixed.

    I'm somewhat handy. LOL.
