    I just called BBmobile Canada tele#!
    The process was actually surprisingly quick and didn't wait long to get an agent! Gave my IMEI and cc info and agreed to terms and being sent out tomorrow!

    Yup, the contact centre does a good job but the issue is once they submit all your info to the warehouse, been a week and I haven't received a tracking number for my replacement device. Called today and they said there is nothing they can do except wait...
