I have a suspicion it'll just be the international model shipped disassembled, and screwed (and hopefully glued) together to qualify as "made in Brazil". That said, the international model KEYone (BBB100-2) has most but not all of the bands to get around in the USA, missing just the accessory bands for faster LTE (29/30).
