I ended up swapping my keyone out for a brand new one last week. The new ones is giving me the same problems. Dropping calls, no service, "the caller is unavailable" during phone calls. No laggy texts though. I absolutely love the phone. I love the keyboard and everything. I absolutely need better signal and the issues handled because of my work. Do you guys think its something Rogers or blackberry will fix with an update ? Or should I toss it away and get something else ?

Did you try disabling VoLTE?

Rogers seems to be resolving their issues with the K1, my service is working fine but was pretty spotty the first week or so. Hopefully yours has improved as well.

After the 1st June update on Rogers Wireless K1"s, it broke VOLTE.......no more LTE+!?

I found this thread as I was having spotty calling performance as well. Disabling VoLTE made a HUGE difference for me.

From what RW customers are reporting it looks like RW is trying to provision and tweak the VOLTE network.
