Now that I've successfully tested the method with a few people from here (thanks for that!!), I've written down the necessary information here:

BlackBerry KEYone OTA updates for different variants :: wiki.mbirth.de

Me too... no more notifications horror!
And the best part is that it will work on future updates too.

You have to extract that from your device, e.g. using Solid Explorer or ML Manager.

mbirth: i went through your wiki and the one thing I couldnt figure out is whether or not this would work for the -7 indian variant... you seem to say it will only work for all the -1's and -2's but maybe I got confused.

You have to find another variant that matches the 5 digits in the PRD. AFAIK, the BBB100-7 Indian model has PRD-63764-001 and is currently on AAN358 so you'd have to find a variant PRD-63764-xxx with a newer version. And from what I know there isn't another PRD-63764 variant.

I could use a full autoloader for the indian variant though? That thurask was speaking about before you posted your wiki?

You can edit flashall.bat or flashall.sh file to prevent losing your data.
