I don't have a paper clip, staple, or a needle :/ sorry I know you want feedback - I really wanna try this out but it'll have to be on Sunday mate when I get home then I'll be able to take out my SD card and try this out.
I've found a needle! - ejected and removed my SD card. currently downloading the autoloader but I'm at my dad's house and his Internet is pretty **** so it's going to take a good half an hour to download. downloading at approx 800 KB/s as opposed to my 4 MB/s at home! once downloaded I'll install it right away and re-setup my phone then return here to give you feedback
Ran it last night (windows version) and so far so good. Seems like notifications are coming through and apps that are supposed to stay on the notification page, like weather apps are staying. Thanks thurask!
been running this since yesterday. no issues installing on bbb100-2 using Windows. some of my initial app issues were due to my SD card as internal memory. no issues since. notification bug has been squashed.
Since I have never done this before and am seriously considering, do I need to download any drivers beforehand? And how do you put the KEYone into bootloader mode?
Updating now!! Keeping my fingers crossed!! Thurask, if the .bat file is self-executable after the download while the KEYone is in fastboot, why the need for the OEM mobile upgrade tool? Simply for drivers?
Successfully updated to AAO472!!
Now restoring all apps from backup, will report any findings that are odd, total process took about 10-15 minutes!! Not bad at all!!!

The OEM mobile upgrade tool downloads the OS for your phone (depending on variant) and installs it via fastboot, the same way as this. However, the mobile upgrade tool is the only way to actually get the files needed to make an autoloader, so it's still necessary for at least one person to run it to make an autoloader for a particular OS.
One could try making a hybrid autoloader; boot.img and recovery.img from AAN596 (plus their respective AT&T signatures), every other file from AAO472. I don't know if it would work, but I guess it's worth a shot for someone to try with an AT&T KEYone. The same could be done with the boot, recovery and signature files from AAN982 for the Sprint KEYone, but I don't have those handy.
Thanks as always for this, thurask. I've been on this release all day, and can confirm that *finally* the notification bug has been fixed. It's so nice to actually have notifications without leaving an app minimized again!
Edit: Plus, It's nice to have that whole 'leak' feeling about OS updates again.

Bbb100-2 here too. Does your Android Pay still work after autoloading this?
@thurask Maybe you'll be able to answer that too. I previously autoloader to the April update to get away from the notification issue but Android Pay and other safetynet things refused to work,
Right now I'm back on my original AAM481, will AAO472 play nicely with BBB100-2 devices and not trigger safetynet?
