Right now I would recommend not using one period. There's a lot of reported issues with it constantly ejecting and corrupting for some.

Not a Sandisk! Seems to be more prone to the ejecting issue.

Size depends on how much data you want to store, how fast you want, and how much you're willing to pay.

The 256 GB cards are quite expensive still.
128GB cards are a much better deal (although that's not very helpful if you actually need more space).
There are also some 200GB cards available, for prices in between the two. It's worth noting that the price of the somewhat slow 200 GB card is enough to buy a fast 128 GB one.

Amazon has the 200gb sandisk micro sd for $80. That's what I got, fantastic price until the 256gb cards drop in price. Like others have stated, it may not be the fastest for the write speed compared to other cards, but it's plenty fast for the read. I dont really do picture and I don't plan on putting apps on the card. I WILL however be putting all my music and movies on it, so they get written once and are only read from that point on. If you plan on writing a lot of information all the time a faster card would be recommended.
