Has anyone else had trouble with a QC 3.0 powerbank and their K1? I just got a TronSmart 2000 which reviewed around the web highly. It supposedly is QC 3.0 certified. The first one I got (from Amazon) would not charge the phone through the QC.30 port. It would start charging, then stop 5 seconds later. The non QC port works fine. My phone works with the two Anker QC 3.0 chargers I own. I have tried different USB cables.

Tronsmart's customer service (via email) was _great_. They shipped me a new one without even having to send the old one back. Replacement arrived in 3 days. But the replacement has the same problem.

Anyone else have similar issues?

I know others have had issues with some of these not working with "off brands". They usually list what devices they have been tested with... A workmate had a LeEco for his kids that is QC3.0 compatible, but tried several brands.

Might be good if folks posted what they are using and if they work in the QC3.0 mode (and not just standard charging).
