Hah! They changed it. Before, if you cleared the function then when you pressed the convenience key it asked you what you want the key to do !

Still it mutes in the middle of the call.

whatever app is showing as linked to the convenience key, just hit Clear and nothing will be activtated by the convenience key

go get it. if you've been missing a physical keyboard, this is the phone for you. if you are old BlackBerry user, the learning curve is very short.

I've only notice the poor and inconsistent reception that I'll normally have little to no signal at my place. The processor isn't top of the line, either. But I just have to get the keyone cuz it's the best phone with a physical keyboard out there.
