    I can’t buy the phone unlocked in Canada.

    I can’t buy it outright from Telus because there’s a constant “2-3 week delay”.

    Is my only option to get a phone from one of the other big 3 and get it unlocked? If I do that, will I be able to return it if I end up not liking it?
