I just got mine used/refurbished from ebay for just under 300€. However it didn't come in its original box and included nothing but a generic USB-C cable.
Since you wanna gift it, you may have to opt for a silver K1 since a new or like new in box with all accessories is much more likely to be found at that price point
In the UK at present KEYᵒⁿᵉ black Ed is £400.
