    Has anyone else got issues with app updates and downloads on the play store? I regularly have updates that show as downloading/pending for ages, sometimes days, before they eventually complete. I also have major problems with downloading films from play movies, I click on the download link and nothing happens, then hours later I might get an error message or the download might finally start. Sometimes a restart helps but only temporarily.
    Is this a problem with the phone or with the play store?

    Sounds more like a network issue (slow WiFi or Internet speeds).

    Sadly not, happens on full strength wifi and 4g

    Maybe u have it set to download only via WiFi.

    Do u regularly connect to a WiFi network?

    Edit: just seen your last post.

    In that case clear your cached data. If that fails then factory reset.

    I'll give the cache clearance a try. I also had the same issue with my wife's brand new KEYone though, updating and installing apps straight out of the box.
