    All pictures show up and need to be downloaded only since the last update. Then it shows expired or not available...anyone have any ideas..Telus Key One

    Pictures where? Email? BBM? SMS?

    I had trouble with Data Saver blocking mms pictures even with google app whitelisted. If you use data saver try disabling.

    Same issue here, data saver is off, also read elsewhere to reset APN settings, which appears to have no effect

    I am having this issue as well with my Motion. Spoke to BlackBerry tech support and went through a couple changes that seemed to work temporarily and now I have to constantly clear data in the messages app to get the picture. One fix they recommended is going to the G play store and look for carrier services. Uninstall the update and then uncheck the auto update feature.
