    i run the app to update my keyone. it got connection issues and now im stuck on bootloader menu. whatever I do seems to bring me back to bootloader menu.
    please help me

    Install the Mobile Upgrade Tool on your PC:

    Keep your device in boatloader mode, plug it in, and run the tool.

    happened to me once... try to boot into "safe mode" and then simply reboot into normal mode... you will lose Notes and maybe Tasks ＆ such

    I'm happy to say the device is now functioning. I guess I wasn't following the instructions in the guide to the letter. Thanks @conite
