I want to open a certain photo often. If I open my photos, it will soon be buried by newer photos, and I will have to scroll. Can I directly open it somehow? Similar to how you can make a desktop shortcut on a computer.

There are quite some apps on playstore doing what you want. I use one called "file shortcut" but there are plenty to choose from.
