This is a link to a spreadsheet of BlackBerry Android OS releases for various phones. You'll note that the Verizon KEYone variant (BBB100-3) does not have either the precursor or the Oreo update version posted to the server. To me this indicates we have a significant wait ahead of us, as the precursor version would post first, as it did for other models, followed by the Oreo update version. If this is an erroneous interpretation, I appreciate the correction.

I have that spreadsheet and link. The BBB100-3 PRD63118-001 unit was updated to ABA693 which is the pre-Oreo prep build. It should be on nearly the same release schedule as the BBB100-1 PRD63116-001 unit. Both units are unlocked and receive from TCL, not carriers.

I'm kinda chomping at the bit here for no real reason. Phone works fine but darn it do I want Oreo for some reason. Must be all the hype here that got to me.

Basically it could get pushed tomorrow or could be three or four months from now? Should I stop holding my breath?

I'm hoping one of these days I visit the forums to find someone used the autoloader on the VZ variant and it worked. I'm either really looking forward to Oreo or I've developed a taste for disappointment. Or both.

Agreed. Being a BlackBerry user is frustrating enough. Being a BlackBerry user on Verizon is like a complete feeling of abandonment.
