don't know if this help.. I have sent a feedback thru the support app and this is a reply I got from bb mobile as per screenshots. not sure if the number they asked to dial is for every keyone.. you guys can give it a try.

I recently got the same reply from BlackBerry Support with same code to type in. Nothing yet, but they did say "hold for 48 hours" . Just curious- did you ever get your upgrade to Oreo?

Same model. Located in PH. Performance is about the same (a little placebo effect that it's faster I think) but I'm not paying *too* much attention to it. Nothing bad though. One good thing is that I can now switch apps without the previous app having to restart immediately which was always annoying when you are trying to copy-paste something.

Also nice to have night mode now, so I won't need Twilight app anymore.

That's nice, from pH also and looking at TCL and waiting for the official release is quite depressing. Hows the locker app btw? Did they really integrate the key2 version on our oreo update?
