I payed by credit card about 7 hours ago, the payment is still "processing" and the order status is still "ordered". Expected delivery is May 1st. Can one of the people who also ordered tell me their status?

Status: Ordered (Not Dispatched). Paid around 11am this morning and paid for next day delivery. Called their customer service who are as useless as last time I placed an order with them.

Remains to be seen if I'll get a dispatch email. Not holding my breath.

I paid via PayPal and the money got deducted.
It says Ordered and delivery is set for May 3rd.

By definition Ordered means it's being processed on the website.

I've cancelled mine. Ordered at 11am. Still sitting on ordered and not dispatched at 7pm even though I paid for next day delivery. Obviously it had not been posted. Screw them. I'll stroll into carphone next week and buy one!

I ordered at twenty to 9 and got my dispatch just after 7pm.

If you can wait until next week though then all good!

Well the royal mail stop taking mail around 5pm. So if they did not post it by 5pm it's not getting to us by tomorrow. If it's the case that they did post mine before 5pm and just didn't update my order status. Me cancelling my order at 7 means they will have already posted the phone and just not taken my money which means free phone for me. Hate ordering from selfridges.

It isn't coming by Royal Mail, its Parcel Force. You can order up to 10pm for next day delivery with Selfridges.
But I guess if you've had a bad experience then it's your prerogative.

On a positive note at least I can see if there are an build issues, etc from others before buying and on an even more positive note. At least I don't live in the U.S!! Lol sorry guys!
