No, I've done some research on how they handle it. In case of claims, I can send it back to Selfridges for free. It will take some time to get back for sure, but I got some backup phones laying around, I live in the EU, so no issues. Wouldn't do if it wasn't the case.

Well, with my Q10 I had several issues and I was thankful, that I bought it at Telekom in Germany, where I immediately got a replacement. Blackberry's service was / is not existent in such cases and you have always to go back to the seller.
I like risk and like to reduce waiting-time but I won't order such a Device in a forein country because of this.
I had to keep refreshing until it let me order. Ordered for next day delivery but I'm not holding my breath I'll get it tomorrow.
Same thing happened with the classic launch. Ordered like this through the site. Paid for next day delivery and it was never dispatched. Ended up waiting for over a week before I ended up cancelling my order and buying in a shop.
