    I got my KEYone replaced due to the screen falling out and with the replacement I am getting one way speech when I click over to a call if I am on another. The caller cannot hear me.

    I am also getting complaints that callers cannot hear me clearly (sound muffled) and then I move the phone slightly and then they can hear me fine.

    Are these known problems? I searched but could not find anything.

    the sound thing happend to me to. im stil waiting to se if it happens again. are you lying down when it happend? it happend to me only when lying in the sofa.

    Yes!!! Lying down is when it happens. How weird it that?
