My Z30 had a button on the phone app labeled call notes. One tap during any call and a note was started. In my line of work that was really handy. I hope that comes back in a future update.
Besides that, I am extremely happy with my new Keyone.

Its a little nitpicky; but you are right. I found myself in a position today where I needed to document something from a customer service representative. I had to come out of the call app to get to the Google keep app.

It would be easier to have call notes in the app. I hope they bring in this feature as well.

One thing similar to that was available in webOS: "Contact reminder", which popped up every time you got in touch with that contact (phone, sms, messenger, e-mail). Could be something like reminding for things to ask or exchange...

This could be perfectly combined with that "call note" feature.

Best to be implemented in contacts as extra note-field and to be created/edited also from telephone app and hub (add note to sender of email,message,call...).
