So incredibly shocking how incompetent the marketing and sales chain logistics are with BB, every, single release. We have to inform stores that have agreements to sell the phone that 1) Blackberry still exists, and 2) they are indeed going to be selling the phone!? This is crazy. How in the world can BB sell these to people when that ^ is your sales team, haha??

Yeah, it's pretty ridiculous. Chances are that BlackBerry Mobile is just as perturbed as us, though. It's really up to Best Buy to be passing on all of this information, internally, so that they can best advise their customers. They sure did a pretty crappy job. They kept asking me what the SKU number was so that they could check for me

wow 3 hours old thread and 4k views already. I wonder how many actually ordered. Looks like I was late to the party. I could have been checking at work and gotten lucky like some of you did, but I figured 31st means 31st. I checked anyway at 1030cst and lo and behold!!! There were people with shipping confirmations already. I was able to place a "pre-order" only and Amazon charged me $1. I was able to select one day shipping, but it is currently pending a "delivery date" because item was not released yet. What The ?!?

You're probably looking at the separate listing for the GSM version. They have one separate listing for GSM, one for CDMA, and one that has a toggle for either one...
