Seems to be viewable only from the Amazon App. I can't find it from my laptop but I can from the app. Says Amazon has only 18 left but that could just be for my area. Mine is coming tomorrow with Prime.

Networks. Virgin Mobile customers use Bell Mobility's LTE, HSPA+ and CDMA networks. Previously, Virgin Mobile customers only had access to Bell's CDMA network.

Is there a way to pay with paypal credit via amazon? I wanted to use that 6 month no interest plan they give you, my car broke down and I don't have the cash right now.

All carriers in Canada are GSM including BELL but maybe BELL still uses some LTE bands for CDMA for those visiting Canada.

Not with Amazon. But you could apply for their similar service.
