KeyOne build #AAR160 downloaded the other day (beginning of Dec). Sprint U.S. Ever since the phone keeps locking on its own out of nowhere. No rhyme or reason, Snapchat, insta, facebook, reading news, not touching the phone at all. Any info on fix.

Oh and also on unlocking its not taking just my fingerprint anymore. i still have to do secondary unlock code. But not everytime.

Clear your cached data, then reboot by holding down the power button until the phone begins to restart.

If that doesn't work, a factory reset will be required.

Oh and stupid Sprint can't do simple texts, I get them all out of order, sometimes get nice full paragraphs but most times get just one line of text out of order from the way they were sent and never mind pictures, sometimes days later on that.

Meanwhile my screen finally came loose the other day (had it since June - thought I'd escaped and got lucky). Pushed it back down, called Rogers. Apparently the free replacement is sitting on my desk already. Why does such a minor hiccup create such drama?

Looked to me like a spot of super glue or epoxy in 3 or 4 places would solve it. But didn't want to void warranty. Or perhaps some high quality two-sided tape.

I think I would prefer "companies" to say you know what you will get updates at least 6 times a year. don't state monthly security blah blah and we are still waiting. variations ? pay! you knew the variations, get solid agreement from providers to give us the service that was told to customers. we didn't ask for it you said we would get the updates. jeez
