    I found out yesterday that when I sent my Rogers locked device in for repairs they sent me an unlocked American one lol. Oct for me.

    Your OS is not compromised. It's a false positive from dtek. Basically only way to fix that is a device wipe. Make sure everything is backed up first though.

    How was the battery backup of your BlackBerry KeyONE?
    Mine was_ 10%= 1 hr
    Anyone with screen on time more than >10hr ??
    Blackberry promised that the idle time that the device holds is >26 Hours. Please share your reviews in detail with screenshots just like me.

    BlackBerry didn't say a screen on time of 26 hours.
    You are getting fantastic battery life if with 65% left you have a SOT of 7Hr 40Mins. Most phones struggle to get 4-5 hours of SOT on a full charge.

    Nope it was set to auto brightness option...

    It was amazing.. Really the beast mobile I have ever used. And one thing to mention I'm a student, hope you know how a teenager uses a phone. BlackBerry KEYone lasted to the last over 30+ Hr backup. Keep rocking BlackBerry.

    K1 as well, lol. But I have 2 work emails and 2 personal emails syncing, Bluetooth, WiFi and data always on. I 5h gets me through everyday with 30% left anyway.
