    Hi, having issues with some notifications. For example BBM is on but not receiving any sound when a message comes in. Can't seem to find many settings for this. It's on or off can't see a place to changes settings.

    For BBM notifications you have to turn them in the BBM App. Go into Me then under settings look for notifications.

    Yes, it's on but I only receive a sound when I get a ping

    Make sure Notifications are toggled ON
