My KeyOne is on AAM625 from Telus and the notifications are not working either...

Same version here, UK.
This phone WAS my favorite device I'd owned before the updates turned it into the disaster it is now. If this ever gets fixed in an update, I'm sure as he'll not installing any more after that :P

ok so I've started to slowly get push notifications since upgrading to AAN355 and the resetting my network settings.

so, Settings --> More (Under Wireless and networks) --> Networks settings reset

I've been getting push notifications from MLB At Bat, Twitter, and ebay.

may or may not work, but worth a shot.

**you'll lose all your saved WiFi networks and Bluetooth devices** you can just add them again though.

Thanks for the tip, this got some notifications working for now.
Widgets still don't want to stay in the notification tray, but I received a few messages in Telegram that gave notifications without the app being open so that's an improvement!

There is no tweak or fix. Until BlackBerry pushes a new build that addresses the issue, we are all stuck.

I'm not getting any DMs on Twitter, therefore no notifications.
I believe I'm getting hub notifications for my Gmail account only if I unlock the device. Still testing.

I don't have the Facebook application but I am getting twitter and instagram notifications.

Twitter DMs, Mentions and notifications from accounts I follow tweet are all coming in.

And last night I got a notification from The Score, which hasn't been working for 2 months

How the notifications are shown on the screen of the phone. I had almost all Bolds, now Q10 and Passport but the lack of apps made me to change to Iphone and Samsung. Now i want to buy KeyOne because i love the keyboard but there are some essential things for me. I use facebook , instagram and most importantly facebook messenger and viber. I love the chat heads on the Samsung and the KeyOne is with android can i have these chat heads on the KeyOne as well. Also the problem for the notifications is it working everything now for these apps which i listed or still there are problems.

Out of the apps you list I know people are having issues with Instagram. Facebook I'm not too sure, but Facebook Messenger always seems to come through.
And yes, chat heads are available and stay on-screen without the app being open.
