Yeah. I'm not saying anything about y'alls situations. I just don't see how that would have helped me since I was getting updates at all.
When I talked to support they said a similar thing but no updates came after a few days (again it couldn't get updates). But in truth I still pushed for a new device (with a snapshot from Google's home page as proof) because I had recently dropped the phone naked and it got dinged a little. So now I have a new brand new one .
lol so you actually don't know if it wasn't getting updates since you didn't wait long enough to see .

    That's the problem. That's an AT&T build.

You will never get back on track with the updates intended for your device variant unless you run an autoloader for AAS212.

Alternatively, you can use the Mobile Upgrade Tool.

Whaa? But if I run an autoloader will that get me back on track with future OTA updates or will I have to keep going the autoloader route for every single update that I need?

I installed files app from app world I think. When I go in app and select and "lock" file, it just exits the files app. I couldn't find locker app or anything like locker in apks section.

You need to be on OS build AAR970 or above for locker.
