    just changed my battery and realised that there's no vibration after the change.
    I run the hardware diagnostics from the support app and it showed everything is working properly..
    now what do I do? factory reset the phone?

    battery was changed by removing the top housing and then the back cover and unscrewed the battery cable only. never touch any other part of the handphone. what could go wrong? where actually is the vibrator located in the phone?

    This is where the vibrator motor is located. Just above the battery. Make sure it spins freely.

    you're a godsend! I tapped the back cover area where the vibrator is located and it is working fine now. thank you so much!

    with the new battery this phone really feels like new now.. 😁

    I had the same battery since I bought the phone back in 2017.. it was swollen so safer to change it..
