    When I am connected to my home wi-fi network callers get a message that I am unavailable. I do not see any missed call notifications. It just doesn't connect.

    Resetting the phone lets it work for one call, then nothing again.

    Carrier suggests a factory reset. Anyone else see this problem have any ideas?

    do you have the same problem if you connect to wifi somewhere else?
